Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience in HR;
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews;
  • Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above;
  • Knowledge of the features of conducting adaptation conversations;
  • Knowledge in the field of staff onboarding;
  • Knowledge of conducting exit-interviews;
  • Ability to find an individual approach to each specialist;
  • Ability to conduct negotiations and presentations;
  • Communication and stress tolerance.

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the description of vacancies, the formation of requirements for the candidate;
  • Acquaintance with candidates at the final stages and holding a welcome day;
  • Presentation of company standards and values;
  • Carrying out adaptation processes;
  • Conducting disciplinary conversations (unscheduled, if necessary);
  • High-quality HR supporting of teams;
  • Working on the employer brand with the support of the marketing team;
  • Identification of the main gaps in the work and participation in the process of their elimination;
  • Carrying out assessment of satisfaction/involvement of personnel;
  • Conducting exit-interviews and support of the contract termination process;
  • Completing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
