  • Work experience in recruiting from 1 year, practical application of various methods of searching and hiring personnel;
  • Knowledge of English at the Intermediate (B1) level will be an advantage;
  • Skills of conducting adaptation of new team members, motivation and 1:1 meetings;
  • Responsibility and systematicity, the ability to work with a large amount of information;
  • Willingness to develop and work for results.


  • Full cycle of personnel selection;
  • Adaptation and maintenance of a positive atmosphere in the team, increasing loyalty;
  • Evaluation of staff satisfaction / involvement;
  • Formation and management of the personnel reserve;
  • Participation in other HR projects;
