Requirements:
At least 6 months experience in HR;
Ability to conduct different types of interviews;
Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above;
Knowledge of the features of conducting adaptation conversations;
Knowledge in the field of staff onboarding;
Knowledge of conducting exit-interviews;
Ability to find an individual approach to each specialist;
Ability to conduct negotiations and presentations;
Communication and stress tolerance.
Responsibilities:
Participation in the description of vacancies, the formation of requirements for the candidate;
Acquaintance with candidates at the final stages and holding a welcome day;
Presentation of company standards and values;
Carrying out adaptation processes;
Conducting disciplinary conversations (unscheduled, if necessary);
High-quality HR supporting of teams;
Working on the employer brand with the support of the marketing team;
Identification of the main gaps in the work and participation in the process of their elimination;
Carrying out assessment of satisfaction/involvement of personnel;
Conducting exit-interviews and support of the contract termination process;
Completing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
