Learning and Development Manager

Requirements:

• English level – C1;
• Complete higher education in the field of pedagogy/psychology/philology;
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching or education;
• Experience in using modern teaching methods;
• Knowledge of e-learning software/LMS;
• The ability to encourage and motivate others to achieve high results;
• Multitasking and effective time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Early identification of learning voids within teams;
• Implementation of targeted measures to improve efficiency;
• Planning, development, adaptation and implementation of educational programs: trainings, seminars, presentations;
• Monitoring the performance and quality of training;
• Improvement of educational products by conducting master classes, individual trainings and creating content for electronic courses;
• Supporting and mentoring of employees;
• Reporting on the progress of work;
• Upgrading skills with LMS tools.
