Requirements:
- English level – C1;
- Complete higher education in the field of pedagogy/psychology/philology;
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or education;
- Experience in using modern teaching methods;
- Knowledge of e-learning software/LMS;
- The ability to encourage and motivate others to achieve high results;
- Multitasking and effective time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Early identification of learning voids within teams;
- Implementation of targeted measures to improve efficiency;
- Planning, development, adaptation and implementation of educational programs: trainings, seminars, presentations;
- Monitoring the performance and quality of training;
- Improvement of educational products by conducting master classes, individual trainings and creating content for electronic courses;
- Supporting and mentoring of employees;
- Reporting on the progress of work;
- Upgrading skills with LMS tools.
