Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in recruiting;
- Communication skills, energy and motivation to work;
- Desire to develop in the field of recruiting;
- Responsibility and organization in work;
- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above;
- Experience in using various recruiting techniques;
- Experience of successful closing of vacancies.
Responsibilities:
- Formation of a profile;
- Market researching and creation of a search strategy;
- Formation of a long list;
- Conducting interviews and providing feedback to candidates;
- Characteristic formation;
- Presentation of candidates to the customer and organization of interviews;
- Collection of recommendations;
- Formation and familiarization of candidates with the Job Offer;
- Conducting job analytics.
