Knowledge of English at the Intermediate (B1) level will be an advantage;

Responsibility and systematicity, the ability to work with a large amount of information;
Willingness to develop and work for results.
Responsibilities:
Full cycle of personnel selection;
Adaptation and maintenance of a positive atmosphere in the team, increasing loyalty;
Evaluation of staff satisfaction / involvement;
Formation and management of the personnel reserve;
Participation in other HR projects;
