Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in HR;
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews;
- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above;
- Knowledge of the features of conducting adaptation conversations;
- Knowledge in the field of staff onboarding;
- Knowledge of conducting exit-interviews;
- Ability to find an individual approach to each specialist;
- Ability to conduct negotiations and presentations;
- Communication and stress tolerance.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the description of vacancies, the formation of requirements for the candidate;
- Acquaintance with candidates at the final stages and holding a welcome day;
- Presentation of company standards and values;
- Carrying out adaptation processes;
- Conducting disciplinary conversations (unscheduled, if necessary);
- High-quality HR supporting of teams;
- Working on the employer brand with the support of the marketing team;
- Identification of the main gaps in the work and participation in the process of their elimination;
- Carrying out assessment of satisfaction/involvement of personnel;
- Conducting exit-interviews and support of the contract termination process;
- Completing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
