Lawyer

Requirements:

• University degree in law;
• At least 2 years of experience as a lawyer;
• Experience in drafting contracts;
• Ability to negotiate with partners;
• English Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

• Contractual work (development, proofreading and analysis of lease agreements, service agreements);
• Legal support of the company’s activities;
• Communication with external partners;
• Consulting, preparation of documents, legal analysis of tasks and projects.
