HR Analyst – Hedgehog Ukraine

Requirements:

Work experience in HR from 6 months;
Experience with Google Sheets/Excel from 2 years (summary tables, ability to work with formulas, building dashboards);
Work experience in MS PowerBI from 6 months;
Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level;
Understanding of all aspects of G-Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets);
Ability to plan tasks and independence in work.

Knowledge of AppScript (JavaScript + HTML) for creating macros and automating processes in Google Sheets.

Building an effective HR analytics system in the Company;
Implementation of an effective analytics system for making the right decisions in business;
Construction and verification of models, hypotheses, forecasts;
Collection, analysis, evaluation of information about human resources;
Participation in the optimization of personnel processes;
Analysis of HR data using methods of business analytics, technology, statistics and data processing;
Analysis of the “contractor life cycle” in the Company and the factors that affect it in the data part.
Formation of analytical data regarding the recruitment process in the Company;
Assessing risks and opportunities when selecting contractors for the Company;
Conducting an analysis of personnel recruitment costs and their payback;
Conducting an analysis of the speed of closing vacancies and offering possible ways to optimize them;
Carrying out calculations on the quality of hiring and providing data on how effective the selection process is as a whole;
Working with HR metrics;
Participation in the analysis of the employer’s brand;
High-quality data visualization and management reporting.
